Just as we promote and envision technology converged, we also envision that the way knowledge workers will engage to solve industry business problems will continue to become more efficient.  We want to assist our community, as well as the broader industry, by advocating and promoting this more efficient economic model.  Our vision is simple - the way that the best and brightest knowledge workers want to work will become aligned with the the way that companies want to do business.

We refer to this process as alignment - alignment of the knowledge worker with the modular work bits that need to be accomplished - and in a way that will add extreme value to the marketplace.  By providing alignment to knowledge workers and beneficiary client organizations, a more efficient economic model will be created - one that adds value to knowledge worker, as well as to the clients they serve, through this more thoughtful approach.
